It is the business itself.</p>\n<p>As Growth Director, you will:<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the entire growth agenda end-to-end — strategy, execution, budget, and results</li>\n<li>Lead full-funnel growth management across acquisition, retention, loyalty, and engagement, while driving performance marketing initiatives</li>\n<li>Turn data into fast, high-impact decisions</li>\n<li>Build scalable growth strategies across the entire customer lifecycle</li>\n<li>Drive all base management, growth, and campaign initiatives through a rigorous commercial lens, using ROI, CAC, LTV, payback periods, and cohort performance to prioritize investments, optimize efficiency, and maximize long-term customer value</li>\n<li>Work closely with Product, Data, Operations, and Leadership teams to unlock sustainable growth</li>\n<li>Lead and grow a high-performing team</li>\n<li>Navigate complexity in a highly regulated environment</li>\n<li>Balance execution speed with long-term thinking</li>\n<li>Work directly with the CEO, with full ownership and real impact<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You Likely</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have 8+ years of experience in growth, strategy, product, consulting, or related fields</li>\n<li>Experience in fast-paced, digital-first environments</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>A track record of driving measurable business growth</li>\n<li>Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives</li>\n<li>More Importantly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You are curious, resilient, and hands-on.<br>You move fast without losing judgment.<br>You are comfortable with ambiguity.<br>You don’t wait for perfect conditions to act.<br>You like building more than maintaining.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If this sounds like you, we’d love to chat.</p>",
