The position is responsible for follow ups with support key finance functions including reconciliations, ledger management, and working capital monitoring, while also acting as a reliable backup for accounts payable activities.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities :</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Day to Day Operational Finance </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Data Entry of Day to Day transactions in unit 4.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare and review general ledger (GL) entries and ensure proper classification of transactions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Well Versed with Day to day routine operational Finance Work, TDS, Bank reconciliation, AP/AR reconciliation, Maintaining Accurate Financial Records as per Principles of Accounting, I-GAAP in Unit-4 (Preferably from Shipping Industry Background).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Accounts Payable</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Act as a backup for the AP function, including invoice processing, payment runs, and supplier coordination.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Vendor SOA Reconciations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support the cash flow analysis process by assisting in forecasting inflows and outflows and identifying liquidity gaps.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Receivables Management</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Receipt processing on agreed timelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preparation and maintenance of customer account Reconciliations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Timely escalation of invoices/FDA queries to the respective stakeholders</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
