Engage with Military Instructors and customers to present realistic training environments across Virtual and Constructive mediums to support the training objectives of the customer. Perform analysis to determine system viability and accuracy; correct, log and report issues so corrective measures can be conducted. Assist with coordinating and de-conflicting training events and schedules so the training objectives programmed for the REALMS system can be achieved.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #365f91\">DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span><span style=\"color: #365f91\"> </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Support the execution of training scenarios across the Virtual and Constructive environments to meet training requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Deliver operational effects as a Simulation Environment Specialist.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Assist with scenario development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Integrate scenario changes and updates as requested by the customer.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Integrate updates to simulation databases for use in simulators.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with Executive staff, and Tech leads to support training</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with the Training support office to assist in training of their personnel on PLEXSYS product capabilities and functionality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Monitor a training Program schedule to ensure adequate resources are available to support and perform all required and scheduled training events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Support the Senior Simulation Environment Specialist and Training Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Support accurate and timely debriefing via reconstruction of training events using integrated systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Support the customer as a Synthetic Systems operators when</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Provide familiarisation training to customers in the operation of PLEXSYS</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Assist with providing training to operators on the PLEXSYS suite of software.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Assist the transfer of data to support software changes and facility security requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Other tasking and duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(54, 95, 145); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Ability to use and configure PLEXSYS software highly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Experience serving in a simulation role-playing position highly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> 2 to 4 years of military experience in Aerospace Command and Control is</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Experience in Managing and Operating Synthetic systems is highly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> Experience with networking and network configuration is</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Security: NV1</span></span></li>\n</ul>",
