Duties, Responsibilities & Other KCI Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Site/Civil Engineer or Landscape Architect) to join our Land Development team in the Mid-Atlantic region. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who thrives in a leadership position—managing complex projects, mentoring teams, navigating regulatory processes, and helping grow a well-established and collaborative practice. What You'll Do As a senior leader within our Land Development group, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of complex site development projects while serving as a mentor to staff and a strategic partner to practice leadership. Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, landscape architects, and designers delivering high-quality civil/site designs Oversee the full project lifecycle—from due diligence and concept development through zoning, permitting, construction documents, and construction support Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients across commercial, mixed-use, retail, industrial, energy, and other land development projects Partner closely with the Practice Leader to grow the business by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities Prepare and oversee fee proposals, manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and professional development guidance to support team growth and project success Conduct site visits, review existing conditions, and support construction inspections as needed Collaborate with project support staff on project setup, invoicing, forecasting, and closeout to ensure strong project administration Prepare and review technical reports, regulatory submittals, and client deliverables to ensure a high level of quality and consistency.
