    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\">Arconic is seeking a <strong>Maintenance Supervisor</strong> for&nbsp;the <strong>Tennessee Operations</strong> facility, located outside of Knoxville, Tennessee. The incumbent is expected to lead and supervise craft electrical and mechanical employees as well as provide technical troubleshooting skills to identify maintenance issues and develop solutions. He or she will also provide technical leadership and training to mechanical and electrical craft employees.&nbsp; The selected candidate may also lead a small team of production employees on an as-needed basis.</div><p>The successful candidate will have a strong maintenance background with verifiable, hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience within an industrial environment. Candidates with supervisory experience, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting knowledge are strongly desired.
