Grow with Us.</strong></p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and supervise production teams across all phases of modular home construction, including framing, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, and finishing</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, material lists, and production guidelines</li><li>Apply Training Within Industry (TWI) methods to train team members and ensure consistent, high-quality work</li><li>Assign tasks, monitor progress, and keep projects on schedule</li><li>Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve strong results</li><li>Coach and develop team members; address performance and resolve workplace issues</li><li>Enforce safety standards, company policies, and proper documentation</li><li>Support incident response and first aid processes as needed</li><li>Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement</li></ul><p><strong>Required Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>5 years of experience in a production/construction environment</li><li>Experience in residential or commercial construction</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Experience training and developing team members</li><li>Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles</li><li>Familiarity with TWI methodologies</li><li>Core Competencies</li><li>Leadership &amp; Team Building</li><li>Residential Construction Expertise</li><li>Communication &amp; Collaboration</li><li>Project Management</li><li>Decision-Making &amp; Problem Solving (Root Cause Analysis)</li><li>Time Management &amp; Attention to Detail</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.</p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen.
