font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead the planning, design, entitlement, and construction phases of civil engineering projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality to ensure successful delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and review proposals, contracts, budgets, reports, drawings, and technical specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee site development, roadways, utilities, stormwater management, and drainage design.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct site inspections and provide technical support throughout project execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining proactive communication and building strong partnerships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mentor and guide project teams, fostering growth and collaboration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promote continuous improvement in project processes and engineering practices.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Professional Engineer (PE) license required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">7+ years of civil engineering and project management experience, with a strong background in land development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven success delivering complex projects on time and within budget.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AutoCAD Civil 3D</span><span> </span>and relevant software (HEC-RAS, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong technical expertise in site development, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45);
