    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Full Time Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) - </strong><strong>Port Lavaca, TX</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Signet Health is currently recruiting a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist for the outpatient senior adult program at Memorial Medical Center.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a Monday-Friday, day-shift position. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Signet Health offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package with a salary range of $65 - $75k.   </em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families</li>\n <li>Conducts initial assessments.</li>\n <li>Provides crisis intervention as needed.</li>\n <li>Assures maintenance of all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy and CMS regulations.</li>\n <li>Coordinates treatment planning.</li>\n <li>Assist with referral development and community education.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling</li>\n <li>State clinical licensure or license-eligible in the state of TX. </li>\n <li>A minimum of two years of related work experience highly desired</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Signet Health offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. </em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EOE</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#ZR</p>",
