font-size: 15px\">3 plus years experience in overseeing the maintenance function;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Experience managing a team of greater than 5 employees;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must be able to work independently and in a team;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">2-year technical degree or 4-year college degree preferred;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Planning, scheduling and execution of daily room maintenance;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Administration and reporting on daily room and communal area maintenance;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Stock source, control and purchasing;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Storeroom management Planning, scheduling and execution of Annual and mid-term room inspections;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
