This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who wants strong visibility, meaningful partnership with leaders, and the chance to influence performance in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Own core budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for key areas of the business</li>\n <li>Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to deliver insights that influence strategy and business decisions</li>\n <li>Analyze results, variances, trends, and business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvements</li>\n <li>Create executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations that improve visibility and decision-making</li>\n <li>Support monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting with a sharp focus on quality and accuracy</li>\n <li>Contribute to business case modeling, scenario analysis, and ad hoc projects tied to growth and profitability</li>\n <li>Help strengthen reporting, improve processes, and enhance the tools leaders use to manage the business</li>\n <li>Build your expertise and gain exposure to senior stakeholders in a collaborative, high-performance environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What you bring</strong>: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities, and advanced Excel skills.
