We are Middleton Meyers! </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Overview: </span>As a Maintenance Technician you will take the wheel performing hands-on maintenance including overall inspection, repair, and general maintenance of apartments and other interior/exterior areas in accordance with company policies and procedures. The ideal individual should ensure completion of assigned maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner including preventative maintenance</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Identify any issues regarding safety, hazardous conditions or maintenance needs in the community and correct them or report them to the Maintenance Supervisor</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including completing any necessary repairs or replacements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ensure upkeep of community appearance including but not limited to replacing lightbulbs, removing trash and litter, painting, performing repairs, and more</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, distribution of notices, apartment inspections, and other tasks as needed </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Need:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">At least 2 years experience as multifamily Maintenance Technician</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">EPA and CPO is preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Must be willing to work in extreme weather such as heat, cold, rain, snow/ice</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, as well as maintaining emergency on call rotation</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Real Page/Onesite experience preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience with Multi-Family properties is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Must successfully pass a drug and background check</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Must have valid Driver's License</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">The Perks:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">The ability to work for a 2024/2025 Great Place to Work certified company      </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Competitive compensation packages </span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">     </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Medical, Dental, Vision insurance benefits</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">401(k) with up to 4% employer match</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Paid time off, sick pay, and 3 floating holiday's</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Birthday off (paid) after 1 year of service</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Outro:</span> Middleton Meyers is a fully integrated multifamily services provider.
