Clinic Manager will ensure customer satisfaction through prosper staff training, adhering to company culture and policy, and acting as quality control.</p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coach clinic staff</li><li>Grow staff into leadership roles</li><li>Complete performance evaluations and performance discussions</li><li>Verify payroll</li><li>Schedule clinic staff to ensure all shifts are adequately covered</li><li>Maintain medical, lab, and office inventory/supplies</li><li>Attend monthly Ops Meetings and weekly GGOB meetings</li><li>Hold weekly clinic GGOB meetings and monthly clinic staff meetings</li><li>Manage clinic funds</li><li>Monitor all queues in EMR to ensure corrections are being made</li><li>Maintain Laboratory Quality Control</li><li>On-Call Duties</li></ul>",
