As supervisor, it is important that you have an expert understanding and knowledge of all outbound, inbound, inventory, and quality activities affecting the business and its operations. This role is accountable to the site manager and is responsible for departmental and shift applicable key performance indicators [KPIs]. As a team leader and expert in operational standards, the supervisor is expected to be available to assist the team whenever possible or necessary.
