    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Trimmer is responsible for trimming, flaming, finishing plastic parts and sorting/counting order qauntities. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>3rd Shift Hours (10pm- 6am, Sunday - Thursday)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Benefits of working for Metalcraft: </em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><em>Competitive Pay</em></li>\n <li><em>Paid Holidays & Vacation</em></li>\n <li><em>Air Conditioned Facility</em></li>\n <li><em>$2 Shift Differential for 2nd/3rd Shift</em></li>\n <li><em>Advancement Opportunities </em></li>\n <li><em>Free Health Clinic </em></li>\n <li><em>On-the-job training</em></li>\n <li><em>AND MORE!</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>$1000 Signing Bonus!</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Trim excess plastic from parting lines.</li>\n <li>Inspect product and communicate findings back to the machine operators.</li>\n <li>Assemble product in accordance with the specific work instructions.</li>\n <li>Data entry and basic computer functions.</li>\n <li>Select correct hand tooling for the job task with setup documents or supervisor/lead assistance. </li>\n <li>Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.</li>\n <li>Account for time and work completed via online computer data collection system.</li>\n <li>Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance. </li>\n <li>Report and document basic material, production and quality control issues. </li>\n <li>Maintain performance log books on assigned area equipment, report deficiencies to the maintenance team.</li>\n <li>Participate in equipment preventative maintenance at the operator level.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A High School diploma or GED Equivalent is preferred. </li>\n <li>Previous experience working within a highly technical environment.</li>\n <li>Strong orientation towards quality, safety and continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Job Expectations</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, and transport product and materials short distances.</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of computers and ability to perform computer functions as they pertain to the job.</li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a team-environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to work safely and without injury with hand tools in an environment with metal and sharp objects.</li>\n <li>Must have strong metal grinding, forming and basic fabrication background.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure online manuals.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated detail orientation, self motivation skills and ability to multi-task.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Competent at basic dimensional measuring and able to quickly learn the use of precision measurement tools.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated competency in basic shop math.</li>\n <li>Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.</li>\n <li>Ability to work with various types of metal forming constraints with guidance.</li>\n <li>Previous experience with overhead crane use is desired.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change.</li>\n <li>Work in an efficient and timely manner.</li>\n <li>Aptitude to take orders and execute the same efficiently.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated detail orientation, self motivation skills and ability to multi-task.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Metalcraft of Mayville is an Equal Opportunity Employer:Minorities, Women, Veterans, Disabilities</p>\n<p>PM17</p>",
