Your expertise will help align BI initiatives with business objectives while fostering innovation and growth within the team.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p>Leadership and Team Management<br></p>\n<p><span>• Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers.</span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Ensure the successful delivery of BI solutions.</span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. </span>Strategic Planning and Execution<br></p>\n<p><span>• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.</span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support key decision-making processes.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Technical Expertise</span> </span></p>\n<p><span>• Contribute in the design, implementation, and maintenance of BI tools, systems, and processes.</span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Supervise the development of data models , self service reporting, ask the data and Dashboards</span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of BI systems. Documentation</span> and Standards</p>\n<p><span> • Establish and maintain documentation for BI systems, processes, and workflows.</span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Define and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and quality. Stakeholder</span> Engagement</p>\n<p><span> • Act as the primary liaison between the BI team and other departments, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.</span><span> • Present insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Skills</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Technical Skills</span></p>\n<p><span> • Extensive experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker) and data visualization platforms.</span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling . </span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Solid understanding of data warehouse architecture and big data technologies.</span>Leadership Skills<br></p>\n<p><span>• Proven experience managing and leading BI teams.</span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.</span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.</span>Other Requirements<br></p>\n<p><span>• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </span></p>\n<p><span>Strong</span> command of English, both written and spoken.</p>",
