In this role you will be responsible for assigning tasks and motivating production employees in an efficient and safe environment.  The ideal candidate will be ambitious with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and driven to achieve goals.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct and assign tasks to workforce and ensure all work is completed safely while following all Omni safety policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Motivate employees to ensure all production is completed accurately, efficiently, and according to schedule in a safe environment.</li>\n <li>Ensure all production is completed accurately, efficiently and according to schedule in a safe environment</li>\n <li>Ensure all production reports are completed correctly and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Ensure all planned and unplanned maintenance repairs are completed correctly and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Schedule transportation requirements.</li>\n <li>Ensure weekly inventory counts are completed.</li>\n <li>Provide professional customer support.</li>\n <li>Perform daily housekeeping assignments.</li>\n <li>Required to work all shifts as scheduled.</li>\n <li>All other tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What We Look For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Self-motivated with prior leadership skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform individual task while on duty unsupervised.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Good organization skills.</li>\n <li>Must be able to direct personnel in a high stress environment and have the ability to make quick decisions.</li>\n <li>Experience with operating and troubleshooting equipment a plus.</li>\n <li>Minimum of one year supervisory experience.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.</li>\n <li>Willingness to work additional hours a plus.</li>\n <li>Ability to work outdoors, and climb numerous flights of stairs numerous times.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in areas over 45’, lift and carry objects over 50lbs approximately 100’.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p>\n<p>Omni offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Stock Award, Bonus, Profit-Sharing, Vacation and 401K.
