In this role, you will manage medical/healthcare/behavioral health facility design and construction building projects through planning, design, jurisdictional approvals, environmental permitting, construction, and close-out. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing capital improvement projects for construction.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">ABOUT YOU<br></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">You are a Project Manager I professional with minimum of 5 years and a Project Manager II professional with minimum 7 years of experience in project/construction management and concurrent field construction experience. Able to manage and coordinate all aspects of mid-to-large sized design and construction for capital improvement projects overseeing all the trades. Create/implement project plans, monitor progress and ensure quality and compliance.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experience with State of California Health Care Access and Information (HCAI, formerly OSHPD).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Work experience in project planning and development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Proficiency in Building MEPF systems/components and technology.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to develop and control project scope and maintain project budgets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to develop and review project schedules.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Skilled in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of construction documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to effectively facilitate project team and client meetings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to effectively negotiate and prepare change orders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to effectively monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to adapt and respond effectively to project issues and challenges.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to set and manage project expectations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #323130; font-size: 15px\">Knowledgeable in CEQA/NEPA.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Managed/executed multiple delivery methods experience: Design-Bid-Build/Design-Build/CMAR. Knowledgeable in contract management (GMP/lump sum) project delivery method.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Knowledge of LEED.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Effective oral and written communication skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experienced and knowledgeable in the management of medical/healthcare/behavioral health facility design and construction projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Minimum of 3 years of HCAI/OSHPD experience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California Architectural Board or </span>Professional Engineer by the State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors<span style=\"color: #323130; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Knowledge of NPC-5 and Seismic Retrofit </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Citadel is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
