    "description_html": "<p><strong>Position Objectives:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>In collaboration with the Mid-Level Gifts Assistant Manager and the Major Gifts team, the Associate Donor Advisor, Mid-Level Giving, is responsible for securing fundraising goals by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of PETA donors</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><p>• Oversee a portfolio of 400-700 PETA donors who each give $1,000-$5000 annually</p><p>• Qualify new donors with a series of personalized communications</p><p>• Implement a communication plan (updates, invitations, proposals, reports) for each donor to cultivate relationships, solicit financial support, and provide stewardship&nbsp;</p><p>• Share personalized communications with donors, building relationships and having a minimum of 35 meaningful two-way connections monthly</p><p>• Identify and research appropriate \"cases for giving\" for targeted PETA donors</p><p>• Identify donors who wish to include PETA in their estate plans for follow-up&nbsp;</p><p>• Conduct donor visits by phone, in person and electronically</p><p>• Document pertinent information (meetings, correspondence, notes, research) to enhance and develop PETA donor profiles for PETA's database</p><p>• Staff fundraising events, as needed</p><p>• Perform any other duties requested by the supervisor</p>",
