If that’s you then we want to speak with you!</p>\n<p>Kirk Market is currently looking for Grocery Clerks to join our various teams and be the best ambassadors to our amazing customers. Please note. this position does not include Cashiering.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Our work culture at Kirk Market is something exceptional; you can actually feel the friendly, welcoming environment when you walk through our doors and this starts with you!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a brand ambassador by providing excellent customer service.</li>\n<li>Stock, replenish and rotate products on shelves.</li>\n<li>Ensure display and labels are correct in line with company procedure.</li>\n<li>Ensuring area of responsibility, company grounds are clean, safe and usable by customers and staff</li>\n<li>Reporting any safety hazards or repair works to Store Management</li>\n<li>Maintain product knowledge across the supermarket.</li>\n<li>Support various departments across the store and back of house as needed.</li>\n<li>Ability to work as a team and be able to work alone with minimal instructions to achieve end goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous grocery, retail, hospitality or warehouse experience desirable.</li>\n<li>Previous experience in commercial cleaning is desirable but not essential.</li>\n<li>Experience and proven track record of providing excellent customer service.</li>\n<li>Must have good communication skills in English.</li>\n<li>Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Must come with problem solving abilities and be able to think outside the box.</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of math, weights and measures.</li>\n<li>Must be physically able to push, bend and stand for long periods and to lift boxes weighing maximum 50 lbs. </li>\n<li>Must be able and willing to work in hot/cold temperatures (we provide PPE).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Hours:</span></p>\n<p><span>40 hour work week; however must be willing to work shift work and be flexible to work evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span></p>\n<p><span>CI$9.00 - CI$14.00 per hour, depending on experience.</span></p>\n<p><span><br>Kirk Market offers its team members a company-sponsored pension plan, health insurance plan, vacation and other competitive benefits.</span></p>\n<p><span><br>Caymanians are highly encouraged to apply. </span></p>\n<p><span><br>Only qualified candidates will be contacted for interview.</span></p>",
