If this role excites you and your experience aligns with the key requirements, we’d love to hear from you — even if you don’t meet every single point.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect and verify their content, and report any discrepancies or damages.</li>\n<li>Shipment Preparation and Dispatch: Prepare shipments by labeling, palletizing, and securing them for transportation, and organize dispatch.</li>\n<li>Documentation Management: Ensure that shipping documentation is complete and accurate, including import/export checks.</li>\n<li>Communication: Exchange information and reply to requests from internal and external stakeholders, including other STRADE departments, customers and their logistics service providers, customs broker, etc.</li>\n<li>Data Registration: Register data and transactions in the AvSight system.</li>\n<li>Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring the right quantity and quality of products are prepared for shipping.<br></li>\n<li>Operational Issue Reporting: Report and address any operational issues, product damages, or discrepancies in a timely and proactive manner.<br></li>\n<li>Material Handling (10% of total activities): Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move assets within the warehouse using various equipment, such as forklifts, reach trucks, and hand pallet trucks (training will be provided where necessary).</li>\n<li>Quality Standards Maintenance: Maintain high-quality standards through collaboration with the Quality department.</li>\n<li>Shift Work: Perform logistics and warehousing operations in shifts as follows:\n<ul>\n<li>Weekdays working hours (3 shifts): Early 6am-2.30pm, Day 8.30am – 5pm, or Late: 2.30pm – 10pm;</li>\n<li>Weekends (1 shift) 8am-4.30pm in a 4 weeks shift pattern</li>\n<li>Periodical on-call duty (one week) every 8 weeks 10pm - 6am.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in logistics, warehousing, customer service, call center, or similar with strong learning mindset and ability to understand technical and operational aspects of the job.</li>\n<li>Good customer-oriented and general communication skills.</li>\n<li>Can-do attitude, flexibility to adapt to a new environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to quickly learn operational processes and optimize them over time. </li>\n<li>Good use of Excel, Outlook, Word and company systems for data entry and operations tracking.</li>\n<li>Readiness and ability to perform administrative, customer facing and material handling tasks (e.g., ERP system management, documentation handling, communication with different stakeholders, loading and unloading material).</li>\n<li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.<br></li>\n<li>Global mindset, team oriented mentality, ability to easily make interpersonal connections and work in multinational environment.</li>\n<li>Readiness for a rotating shift and on-call duty schedule (including weekends).<br></li>\n<li>Valid work and residence permit for the Netherlands.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Plus:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forklift driving experience.</li>\n<li>License in Dangerous Goods transport by road and air.</li>\n<li>ASA 100 or part 145 awareness.</li>\n<li>Salesforce or AvSight experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why join us:</span></p>\n<p><br><span>The greatest advantage of joining our team is the opportunity to elevate your career while working in an innovative environment set to revolutionize the aviation industry.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">More reasons to join:<br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Vibrant company culture, centered around our four values “1 Team”, “Extreme Drive”, “Constant Learning” and “Always Real”</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Personal and professional development opportunities, including Radical Collaboration program and Udemy Business account for each employee.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Benchmark driven compensation rewarding growth</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(128, 128, 128)\"><em><span>Thank you for your interest. </span></em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(128, 128, 128)\"><em><span>By submitting your application, you give your consent that all personal data you have submitted here may be processed by us for the purposes of candidate selection process in our company. </span></em></span></p>",
