Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p>\n<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support to join our Foundational Solutions team. This role is located in Pune.</p>\n<p><b>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Triage, track, and resolve Incidents and Service Requests for Reconciliation applications.</li>\n <li>Follow ITIL Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management processes for production support.</li>\n <li>Maintain and improve monitoring and alerting; respond to automated alerts to restore BAU operations.</li>\n <li>Perform root cause analysis and drive problem management tasks for recurring issues.</li>\n <li>Maintain RTB IPA automation workflows in Logan/1Desk.</li>\n <li>Participate in change, release, and deployment activities (daily, weekly, and weekend as required).</li>\n <li>Support weekend maintenance windows as part of the release/maintenance schedule.</li>\n <li>Participate in application DR (Disaster Recovery) and failover testing.&nbsp;<br>\n   &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Operating Systems: Unix/Linux and Windows OS.</li>\n <li>Databases: Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server (strong SQL skills).</li>\n <li>Scripting/Programming: Working knowledge of shell scripting, Perl, Java, and C.</li>\n <li>Virtualization: Experience with Java VMs, Linux VMs, and Windows VMs.</li>\n <li>ITIL: Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management processes.</li>\n <li>Data/Integration: Informatica, NDM.</li>\n <li>Messaging/Streaming: Kafka, MQ.</li>\n <li>Automation/Infrastructure: IPA tools; NAS and GSLB configuration.</li>\n <li>Monitoring/Alerting: Moog, AppDynamics (AppD), CloudProber, Prometheus, Splunk.</li>\n <li>Domain: Knowledge of Reconciliation business processes is an advantage.</li>\n <li>Service Support: Prior HelpDesk/Service Level Management exposure is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</b></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.bnymellon.com/newsroom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">BNY Newsroom</a></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/company/bny-mellon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">BNY LinkedIn</a></p>\n<p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</p>\n<p>• America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</p>\n<p>• World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</p>\n<p>• “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</p>\n<p><b>Our Benefits and Rewards:</b></p>\n<p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
