    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As a <strong>Pallet Builder</strong>, you’ll get to build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets and/or lumber. You may also repair pallets by taking damaged pallets sent from our customers and return them to service-ready condition, before consolidating and shipping them back to the customer. As sustainability is one of our organization’s top goals, this role is vital to our success!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hourly Pay:</strong></p>\n<p>$19.00/hr. - $25.00/hr.
