          "text": "<p><strong>Overall Purpose and Objective of Position</strong></p><p>Apply analytical and business skills to effectively develop, test, execute, and validate efficient processes within the realm of the LSA. &#xa0;Assist LSA leadership within all functions of the LSA, including process improvement and reporting, as well as documenting standard operating procedures.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions</strong></p><p>·&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0; Identify, develop, and execute LSA processes and operating systems that improve efficiency and accuracy within the department.</p><p>o&#xa0;&#xa0; LSA payment structure maintenance – ensure the integrity of farm information, payees, and shares as provided by gins/submitters.</p><p>o&#xa0;&#xa0; LSA purchase invoicing – establish relationships and streamline processes with gins, agents, warehouses, and producers; validate system calculations and provide excellent customer service.</p><p>o&#xa0;&#xa0; LSA Inventory Management – monitor and improve process from receipt of collateral to application to purchase; reconcile inventory to electronic third-party providers.</p><p>o&#xa0;&#xa0; LSA Payables - monitor domestic payable accounts; discuss &amp; resolve discrepancies with traders, buyers, and accounting.</p><p>o&#xa0;&#xa0; Work with gins/producers to enroll users on the website, as well as actively get producers signed up for ACH payments.</p><p>o&#xa0;&#xa0; Focus on cost-saving measures, including making efforts to go paperless wherever possible.</p><p>o&#xa0;&#xa0; Improve all aspects of the LSA including the website and promoting the LSA for customers.</p><p>o&#xa0;&#xa0; Resolve discrepancies in accounting files and inventory immediately to ensure a smooth payment process.</p><p>o&#xa0;&#xa0; Work with LSA Manager and other team members to promote, expand, and improve functions of the LSA.</p><p>·&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0; Perform user testing and provide documentation for system developments and enhancements.</p><p>·&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0; Perform or assist with basic daily functions of the LSA and monitor processes to ensure accuracy. &#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>·&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;Perform all related responsibilities as required by management.</p><p>·&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0; Assist Domestic Execution in other purchase processes as time allows.</p>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Education/Professional Certifications/Licenses</strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in Accounting and/or Finance or equivalent work experience considered.</p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p>1 to 3 years’ experience in cotton/Agriculture industry or related field.</p><p><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities <em>(including any physical demands)</em></strong></p><ul><li>Experience in cotton or related industry, preferred, and general accounting.</li><li>Broad range of computer skills including functional knowledge of Microsoft programs, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint BI, OneNote, and SharePoint will be beneficial.</li><li>Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects that require attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of LDC culture and work environment is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated experience and knowledge of domestic sales and purchases, working with an LSA, and cotton industry experience.</li><li>Must have good attendance.</li><li>Must maintain confidentiality of information received.</li></ul><p><strong>Behaviors</strong></p><ul><li>Personal honesty, competence, and integrity in functional leadership in domestic execution processes, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees as well as outside parties to communicate expectations and make recommendations to facilitate change.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize workloads and perform multiple tasks that might have conflicting priorities.</li><li>Self-directed with a high sense of urgency and strong bias for action in a highly dynamic and demanding work environment.</li><li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills.</li><li>Demonstrated experience and effectiveness to work in cross-cultural and geographically dispersed teams.</li><li>Directly accountable for maintaining strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information to protect the interests of the Company.</li></ul><p><strong>Decision Making/Accountability</strong></p><ul><li>Accountable for thorough testing and execution of LSA processes.</li><li>Accountable for reconciling and researching discrepancies with traders and submitters.</li><li>Accountable for reconciling LSA payables accounts.</li><li>Operational training, testing, and reporting of results and recommend resolutions to current issues.</li><li>Maintain confidential data.</li></ul>",
