With a remarkable safety record — most of our production facilities have gone over 20 years without a lost-time incident — Tessenderlo Kerley is where your commitment to safety and quality will be celebrated and rewarded.</p><p>If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and contribute to a legacy of excellence, come be a part of our journey toward sustaining a safer and more innovative future!</p><p>The starting hourly pay for a Loader at our Hanford site is: $28.41&#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Load&#xa0;and unload&#xa0;trucks, railcars&#xa0;and totes in accordance with Tessenderlo Kerley policy and OSHA, BOE, EPA, HM-126&#xa0;and DOT regulations.</li><li>Contain, clean up, package&#xa0;and label&#xa0;Hazardous Waste according to HAZWOPER training and OSHA, EPA, RCRA, HM-126&#xa0;and DOT regulations.</li><li>Complete&#xa0;and sign&#xa0;Bill of Ladings and other paperwork associated with the loading and unloading process. Obtain samples of trucks and railcars loaded.</li><li>Participate in the plant safety program, including presenting&#xa0;and attending required safety meetings, reporting&#xa0;potential hazards, and performing monthly safety inspections.</li><li>Routinely inspect&#xa0;vessels and equipment to prevent equipment failure or damage.</li><li>Maintain plant property in a clean and orderly fashion.</li><li>Assist in plant projects, including maintenance, turnaround, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), piping, flushing and confined space entries.</li><li>Implement an emergency response plan and assist in the mitigation of emergency situations.</li><li>Fill out work permits, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) permits&#xa0;and work orders.</li><li>Handle&#xa0;and operate&#xa0;site equipment (vehicles) - Trackmobile, manlift, scissor lift&#xa0;and forklift.</li><li>Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by management.</li></ul><ul></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
