Description

We are seeking a Electrical Engineer to lead and support the design, development, and sustainment of production and engineering test systems. This role is heavily hands-on, with significant responsibility for PCBA test fixture design, including bed-of-nails systems, interface hardware, and lab-based electrical testing in support of manufacturing operations and New Product Introduction (NPI). The ideal candidate brings deep, practical experience with test hardware architecture, interface boards, failure analysis, and electrical instrumentation, and is comfortable operating with limited oversight in a fast-paced, manufacturing-oriented environment. This role partners closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to ensure robust, scalable test solutions.
