    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and solutions-oriented Production Manager to oversee production operations across studio and field shoots. This role is responsible for managing logistics, crew staffing, equipment operations, scheduling, and day-to-day production execution from pre-production through wrap.</p><p>The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced production environments, has hands-on technical production experience, and is equally comfortable managing logistics behind the scenes as they are supporting live production operations on set.</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Production Planning &amp; Logistics</strong></p><ul><li>Partner closely with Producers during pre-production to identify all production, staffing, and equipment needs for assigned shoots</li><li>Develop production plans and ensure all logistical requirements are secured and executed on schedule</li><li>Source, coordinate, and book freelance crew, vendors, rentals, and production resources as needed</li><li>Secure and manage all necessary production gear, rentals, transportation, permits, and operational support</li></ul><p><br><strong>Crew &amp; Scheduling Management</strong></p><ul><li>Manage scheduling and staffing for all assigned productions, including internal staff and freelance crew</li><li>Create, update, and distribute detailed production schedules and call sheets</li><li>Maintain clear communication with all departments regarding shoot logistics, timelines, and production expectations</li><li>Track crew availability and support efficient allocation of production resources across multiple projects</li></ul><p><br><strong>Equipment &amp; Gear Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and manage the in-house gear room and production inventory</li><li>Ensure all cameras, lighting, audio, and support equipment are operational, organized, maintained, and production-ready</li><li>Coordinate equipment prep, testing, maintenance, repairs, and inventory tracking</li><li>Load, transport, and unload gear for field productions as needed</li></ul><p><br><strong>Studio &amp; Field Production Support</strong></p><ul><li>Lead production operations for all in-studio shoots</li><li>Support lighting setup, camera operation, and audio recording during productions</li><li>Troubleshoot technical or logistical issues during shoots to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Ensure productions remain on schedule and production standards are maintained both on-location and in-studio</li></ul><p><br><strong>On-Set Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee craft services and on-set production needs for both studio and field shoots</li><li>Help maintain a professional, efficient, and collaborative production environment</li><li>Ensure production spaces remain organized, safe, and operational throughout all phases of production</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Financial &amp; Administrative Management</strong></p><ul><li>Process and track freelancer invoices, production expenses, and vendor payments</li><li>Maintain accurate production records, crew documents, and operational paperwork</li><li>Support production budgeting and cost tracking as needed</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of production management experience in digital media, broadcast, commercial, branded content, or studio production environments</li><li>Strong understanding of production workflows from pre-production through post</li><li>Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and studio operations</li><li>Experience managing freelance crews, vendors, and production logistics</li><li>Proficiency with production scheduling, call sheet creation, and crew coordination</li><li>Ability to lift and transport production equipment for field shoots</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously in fast-paced environments</li><li>Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with modern production equipment including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, wireless audio systems, lighting packages, and grip equipment preferred</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Preferred Characteristics:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-first mindset</li><li>Highly detail-oriented and operationally organized</li><li>Team player with strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends depending on production schedules</li><li>Passion for storytelling, production operations, and creative collaboration</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The base salary compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $104,000. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
