      "value": "<div style=\"font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;\"><div>We are looking for someone with experience in embedded software or firmware development who is excited to contribute to innovative technical projects in a collaborative environment.</div><div><strong>You’ll be a great fit if you have:</strong></div><ul><li>A degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in embedded software or firmware development.</li><li>Strong programming skills in <strong>C and C++</strong>.</li><li>Experience working with <strong>microcontrollers (MCUs)</strong> and common embedded architectures such as <strong>ARM, STM32, ESP32, PIC</strong>, or similar.</li><li>Experience with communication modules and common interfaces such as <strong>SPI, UART, and I2C</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>CAN</strong> is a plus, and knowledge of other communication protocols will also be valued.</li><li>A solid understanding of embedded systems and modular, maintainable firmware development.</li><li>Ability to interpret electronic schematics and work comfortably in environments where software and electronics come together.</li><li>Experience using debugging and analysis tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, or multimeters.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Git</strong> and technical documentation practices.</li><li>A good level of English to work with documentation, tools, and communicate within an international environments.</li></ul><div><strong>Nice to have:</strong></div><ul><li>Experience with <strong>RTOS</strong> is valued, but it is <strong>not required</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>Linux</strong>, especially in connectivity or system integration contexts.</li></ul><div><strong>We’ll also value these personal strengths:</strong></div><ul><li>Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.</li><li>Analytical thinking and a practical approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Autonomy, adaptability, and eagerness to keep learning.</li><li>Genuine interest in technology and motivation to contribute to projects with real impact.</li></ul></div>"
