This culture drives the passion we bring to our work and the positive impact we strive to make in the communities where we operate.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As an <strong>Equipment Operator I</strong>, you will support well site operations by operating and maintaining specified equipment while maintaining safety standards.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<p>✔️ Assist in the performance of pre and post job vehicle and equipment inspections and associated paperwork </p>\n<p>       and/or reports. Drive equipment to and from various locations. Perform rig up and rig down of designated service units, pressure control  equipment, pumps, tanks, manual or hydraulic pipe handler and other heavy </p>\n<p>       equipment as needed.</p>\n<p>✔️ Ensure that fuel and fluid levels are kept at healthy operating thresholds on designated service units.</p>\n<p>✔️ Operate the rig floor; pulling/laying down rods, tubing and casing.</p>\n<p>✔️ Operate equipment on location that can includes man lift, fork-lift, pumps, tanks, and hydraulic pipe handler.</p>\n<p>✔️ Monitor, inspect, and adjust all major equipment during operations to ensure the adequate operation of all </p>\n<p>       equipment. Listens to engines and other equipment in order to detect faulty operations, or unusual well </p>\n<p>       conditions. Review information from material, events, or the environment to detect or assess problems.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>About You (Qualifications & Experience)</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic to our team. Ideal candidates will have:</p>\n<p>✅ High school diploma or general degree (GED)</p>\n<p>✅ Valid Class C license is required</p>\n<p>✅ One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience</p>\n<p>✅ The ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos</p>\n<p>✅ Basic math skills</p>\n<p>✅ Excellent problem-solving and reasoning abilities</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Work Schedule & Hours</strong></p>\n<p>⏳Work shifts up to 12 hours</p>\n<p>⏳Overtime as needed</p>\n<p>⏳5/2 Schedule</p>\n<p>⏳Hours may vary based on operational needs</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>At Lewis Energy Group, we know our people are our greatest asset.
