    "description": "<p>Rock West Composites is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex space structure programs from concept through production within our Space Structures segment. This is an onsite position at our West Jordan, UT facility.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role owns execution across scope, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership to deliver high-quality composite products while managing risk, performance, and customer expectations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead programs end-to-end, build strong customer relationships, and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Own</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full lifecycle program ownership from proposal through delivery and closure</li>\n<li>Customer relationships and overall program satisfaction</li>\n<li>Program performance across budget, schedule, technical scope, and risk</li>\n<li>Cross-functional execution with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain</li>\n<li>Change management, contract alignment, and program profitability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Success Looks Like</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer specifications</li>\n<li>Strong, trust-based relationships are built with key aerospace customers</li>\n<li>Risks are identified early and proactively managed</li>\n<li>Program execution is predictable, with clear alignment across teams</li>\n<li>Opportunities for repeat business and program growth are identified and supported</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Program Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead programs from concept through production and final delivery</li>\n<li>Develop and manage program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and technical requirements</li>\n<li>Monitor performance and proactively address risks, issues, and constraints</li>\n<li>Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal execution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer &amp; Business Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the program lifecycle</li>\n<li>Develop proposals and statements of work, including cost estimates and technical scope</li>\n<li>Identify scope changes and manage contract modifications</li>\n<li>Support business development efforts and contribute to order growth</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams</li>\n<li>Coordinate resources, priorities, and timelines to meet program objectives</li>\n<li>Support company-wide planning for manpower, cash flow, and production</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial &amp; Performance Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking</li>\n<li>Ensure programs meet financial targets and profitability expectations</li>\n<li>Analyze performance and implement corrective actions as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical &amp; Product Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define product requirements and ensure alignment with customer specifications</li>\n<li>Establish methods for verifying product performance and quality (buy-off criteria)</li>\n<li>Support development of manufacturing and inspection approaches</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>6–10+ years of program management experience in a manufacturing environment</li>\n<li>Experience leading programs involving engineering, production, and customer delivery</li>\n<li>Strong background in managing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics</li>\n<li>Experience working directly with customers and managing expectations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Background</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with composite materials and manufacturing processes preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Capabilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li>\n<li>Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a U.S. Person (due to ITAR requirements)</li>\n<li>Ability to pass background check and drug screening</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp;
