    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>The UCSF Hematology-Oncology Division at Zuckerberg San Francisco General (ZSFG) Hospital is dedicated to excellence in learning, teaching, research and providing comprehensive, compassionate care to all patients with cancer and blood disorders. The division’s activities include providing specialty care to patients in the following outpatient specialty care clinics – Hematology, Oncology and Sickle-cell. Under direction of medical personnel, the Hospital Assistant performs intake and post examination duties.</div><p><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black;\">High School graduation and three years of appropriate experience, including one year of supervisory experience where applicable; or an equivalent combination of education and experience;</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Certified in Phlebotomy (California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Current CPR Certification</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Graduation from a Medical Assistant program, which included training in giving injections</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Excellent Phlebotomy skills</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Must be exceptionally well organized and detail oriented. Able to set priorities and follow through on assigned tasks.</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Knowledge of medical terminology appropriate to job responsibilities.</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Basic mathematical / computational skills.</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a busy team-oriented environment.</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Ability to push/pull 50lbs or greater while performing patient transport (wheelchair) to main hospital building.</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Demonstrated excellent attendance and reliability.</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black;\">Prior experience in a busy medical setting.</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Prior experience in a Patient Centered Medical Home clinic setting preferred.</li><li style=\"color: black;\">At least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant.</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Hematology and Oncology experience.</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Bilingual (English plus Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese)</li><li style=\"color: black;\"><p>Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul>",
