This is a Project Management position based in Haskell, OK to dedicate their efforts in helping us with our clients in that geographic area.  All candidates must meet the following expectations and be able to work independently with minimal oversight.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Construction expects the following abilities from the Construction Project Manager:</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage the Pre-construction, preplanning, and construction project scheduling process.</span></li>\n<li><span>Review and approve project budgets (labor, material, and subcontractors) to determine allocation of resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts with external vendors to reach agreements beneficial to the project.</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage project finances including profitability and cash flow.</span></li>\n<li><span>Accountable for the overall profitability of the job and focused on the cost to complete as it relates to the initial job bid proposal. </span></li>\n<li><span>Actively be involved in design conflict and resolution for all trades which includes collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.</span></li>\n<li><span>Lead strategic planning and project submittal, request for information and change order process</span></li>\n<li><span>Implement monthly cost reports and accurate cost projections</span></li>\n<li><span>Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and timelines</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for recognizing and implementing change orders, as necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for approval of the payment supplier and subcontractor invoices.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.</span></li>\n<li><span>In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong leadership skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Scheduling, logistics and procurement of equipment and materials</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain and develop client relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span>Identify and engage in pursuing upcoming work.</span></li>\n<li><span>Project, identify and manage CAD, fabrication and field labor resources required</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supervisory / Budgetary / External Communication Responsibility</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Direct responsibility for Subcontractors </span></li>\n<li><span>Indirect responsibility for B &amp; K and subcontractor field personnel and internal support services. </span></li>\n<li><span>Direct responsibility for PE’s and/or APMs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, skill and ability requirements (minimum competencies required for job performance)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. </span></li>\n<li><span>Consistent dependability and availability. </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work in a fast-paced construction office environment </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to organize and curate documents related to work orders and personnel </span></li>\n<li><span>Aptitude to learn new systems. </span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent ability in Microsoft Projects, Office, Excel, Word, etc. </span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with AutoBid, P6 Scheduler and Bluebeam are preferred </span></li>\n<li><span>Mechanical Knowledge. </span></li>\n<li><span>Project Management. </span></li>\n<li><span>Train estimating staff on technical aspects of Project Management </span></li>\n<li><span>Understand company resource production capabilities and implement in the construction process, i.e., daily coordinating with Superintendent. </span></li>\n<li><span>Professionally solicit vendors and suppliers during the procurement process. </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to prepare a SWOT Analysis for projects and future projects.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Prior work experience and educational requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or 10 + years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </span></li>\n<li><span>5 years of experience in the construction field leading project that are up to $15 M in scope.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></p>\n<p><span>The physical demands are those associated with working in a typical office environment and miscellaneous filed travel.</span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">NOTE: </span> This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
