Warehouse Associate

WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Warehouse Associate , you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our logistics team. You’ll be responsible for preparing, organizing, and shipping IT assets and equipment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all warehouse activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Pick, pack, label, and prepare assets for shipment; coordinate with couriers and logistics partners. Sort and store materials based on size, type, style, color, or product code. Process daily orders, including printing, packing, labeling, and palletizing according to standard configurations. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support technical logistics needs. Analyze customer requirements and assist in translating them into system and design specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Lift and manage heavy boxes and equipment with care. Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and project milestones. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Comfortable standing for extended periods (10+ hours) and lifting heavy items. Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Self-motivated, analytical thinker with a proactive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. DESIRABLE CRITERIA: Experience with computerized maintenance or inventory systems is a plus. Previous logistics or warehouse experience is desirable. Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations is a plus. The EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
