They will support the Safety Managers by assisting with workers’ compensation claims, investigations, and other safety related administrative tasks. This role helps ensure a safe workplace and adherence to all applicable safety regulations. </p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:  </p><ul><li><p>Support workers’ compensation claims and accident investigations. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist with safety policies, inspections, and audits. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Track and report safety data, incidents, and training. </p></li></ul><p>Additional Duties: </p><ul><li><p>Monitor company compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provide administrative support, including data entry and recordkeeping. </p></li></ul><p>General Skills & Qualifications: </p><ul><li><p>Experience in safety, compliance, or related fields. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed. </p></li></ul><p>Benefits: </p><ul><li><p>Medical, dental, and vision benefits. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Paid time off, Sick Time, and Holiday Pay where eligible. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Eligibility for Perkspot program. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Access to AD&D Insurance. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>$40 personal phone reimbursement eligibility depending on position will be issued monthly.  </p></li></ul><p>Additional Information: </p><ul><li><p>This outline is not intended to be all-inclusive of employee duties and responsibilities as they may change at the discretion of TowerMobility. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>The hourly wage for this position is $20.00. </p></li></ul><p>It is the policy of TowerMobility to provide equal employment opportunities to all applications without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender, pregnancy status, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, citizenship, age ancestry, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, registered domestic partner status, reproductive health care decision make, military or veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
