          "text": "<ul><li>Advanced Diploma in Radiation Therapy and relevant undergraduate degree (Graduate Degree Preferred)</li><li>Registered in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario</li><li>Demonstrated clinical experience and currency in the field of Radiation Therapy, including a minimum of one (1) year treatment planning and CT-simulation experience.&#xa0; (3 to 5 years’ total clinical experience an asset)</li><li>Current membership with Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists preferred</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Openness and willingness to consider and implement new modes of pedagogy and innovative methods of teaching and learning.</li><li>Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.</li><li>A demonstrated commitment to enhancing the quality of the post-secondary experience for students and faculty and staff.</li><li>Training and experience in adult education desired</li><li>Skill in various teaching approaches and innovations including online/hybrid delivery modes</li><li>Understanding and promotion of the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion.
