Description
Your mission
Drive profitable growth and achieve sales targets across the Southeast Asia region. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, roasters, and strategic partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand HEMRO Group's market presence. Act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for customers throughout the entire sales cycle. Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies. Lead product launches and support market development initiatives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the HEMRO Group. Deliver product presentations and training sessions for customers and partners. Analyze market trends and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities. Represent HEMRO Group at trade fairs, customer events, and industry meetings. Foster long-term partnerships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your profile
Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management, ideally within the coffee equipment, foodservice, or industrial sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of distribution channels and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment. Strong intercultural competence and willingness to travel extensively within Southeast Asia. Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams is an advantage. Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages are considered a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
