This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to investigate and resolve inventory-related issues and inquiries. The Inventory Associate is responsible for reconciling data and ensuring accurate inventory records, including any necessary adjustments or moves of on-hand inventory.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Job Functions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Service Shipping Department:</span> Provide timely support to the shipping department staff to facilitate accurate and efficient order completion.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Audit Bin Locations:</span> Conduct audits of bin locations as required across various buildings to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company needs.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maintain Inventory:</span> Oversee inventory levels based on audit findings and requests from internal and external customers, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Reconciliation:</span> Reconcile inventory data regularly, addressing discrepancies and making necessary adjustments to maintain accurate on-hand inventory records.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Issue Investigation:</span> Work with multiple departments to investigate and resolve any inventory issues or inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inventory Adjustments:</span> Be accountable for performing and documenting any adjustments or moves of inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting:</span> Generate and review inventory reports, identifying trends and issues that may require attention or corrective action.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration:</span> Collaborate with other departments to support inventory-related initiatives and improvements, fostering effective communication and teamwork.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance:</span> Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures related to inventory control and management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forklift certified, or be willing to obtain certification to operate power equipment.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and write English.</li>\n<li>Willingness to become proficient with ERP/WMS Systems. previous experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Basic Microsoft Excel skills.</li>\n<li>Basic math skills.</li>\n<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WILLINGNESS TO WORK 1030AM - 7PM</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds.</li>\n<li>Ability to walk and stand up to 8 hours per day.</li>\n<li>Ability to climb ladders up to 16 ft.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Warehouse environment with moderate noise from power industrial trucks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Note:</span> This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
