Completes monthly inspection report and reviews with the supervisor. Completes necessary repairs identified or arranges for outside contractors if assistance needed to complete repairs.</li>\n <li>Conducts daily rounds visually inspecting facility aesthetics, repairs as necessary stained ceiling tiles, chipped/dirty paint and/or anything that would diminish the appearance of the facility.</li>\n <li>Paints and performs light carpentry as needed</li>\n <li>Inspects and repairs, as necessary plumbing issues such as faucets, toilets and showers.</li>\n <li>Assists with van maintenance according to policy and regulatory requirements. Coordinates with vendors if repairs are needed</li>\n <li>Assists with yard maintenance, including snow removal including salting operations and coordinates with outside vendors as necessary</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Current State Driver's License in good standing required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in similar role preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to problem solve effectively</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>",
