The decentralized R&D organization benefits both production and marketing and allows Hamilton to stay close to the local markets and respond quickly to market needs.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct site surveys of customer locations to ensure a successful install of Hamilton products.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and install large scale automated freezers, air compressors and dryers.</li>\n <li>Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures. Orders and replaces parts as needed.</li>\n <li>Research and answer customer questions about product features, issues, and upgrades.</li>\n <li>Performs start up testing and customer training on features and general maintenance of product.</li>\n <li>Has solid knowledge of the organization’s products and services.</li>\n <li>Performs customer user training.</li>\n <li>Contributes to the R&D aspects of projects by presenting the install perspective.</li>\n <li>Provide on-site install, repairs, and quality checks.</li>\n <li>Provide remote support via phone, e-mail, and computer.</li>\n <li>Clearly and accurately complete documentation on time.</li>\n <li>Installer travel is roughly 50+% domestic travel.</li>\n <li>Regular commute to and from customer sites with ability to navigate within the region. Must follow traffic laws and correctly route themselves, ensuring on-time arrival at customer site.</li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Understand the system. Mechanically, electronically, sensors, motors, power distribution, configurations, backups, etc.</li>\n <li>Comfortable in confined spaces and still able to be aware of the environment.</li>\n <li>Comfortable working around live and wired systems.</li>\n <li>Understand the system. Mechanically, electronically, sensors, motors, power distribution, configurations, backups, etc. </li>\n <li>Able to read schematics and assembly drawings.</li>\n <li>Have excellent communication skills, which are appropriate for a customer-facing role.</li>\n <li>Be hardworking and enthusiastic with exceptional attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently with limited direction as well as in a team.</li>\n <li>Be capable of working under pressure without compromise.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to manage and meet schedule commitments.</li>\n <li>Must be able to travel frequently and be flexible, subject to Business requirements.</li>\n <li>Willingness to work additional hours and the flexibility to work overtime as and when required.</li>\n <li>Position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. </li>\n <li>Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education/Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates degree or equivalent professional experience-based knowledge or certification.
