This position will report to the Retail Marketing Manager, and in this role, the individual will have the opportunity to support several initiatives, including community and goodwill events, branch marketing support, and customer appreciation activities.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">This position requires strong project‑management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple moving parts in order to meet numerous, ongoing deadlines.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">An ideal candidate should be highly motivated, a strategic thinker, innovative, organized, and comfortable learning new marketing systems. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as in a team, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to travel to branches and local community events as needed, and be able to manage projects from start to finish while staying on task and on budget.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Work with the Retail teams to identify and support customer growth, community engagement, and branch visibility. This includes:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Support branch and market initiatives</strong> by assisting with traffic‑driving activities, customer engagement efforts, and marketing needs during periods of change or disruption.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Coordinate and support community and goodwill events</strong> including activations, donation drives, Shred Days, parades, and other community‑focused initiatives.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Oversee the internal company store</strong> including product updates, inventory coordination, and ensure colleagues have access to branded materials and giveaways.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Manage branch digital screens</strong> by overseeing content updates, scheduling, and strategy to ensure timely and relevant promotion of products, services, and community initiatives.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Assist with marketing materials and branch collateral requests</strong> including flyers, branded items, and other collateral.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Learn and utilize marketing systems</strong> to support reporting, communication, and project tracking as needed.</span><br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Required Skills/Experience:</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Bachelor’s degree preferred&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">1-3 years’ experience in marketing activities</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Team and customer oriented, with strong written and interpersonal skills</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Organization, with excellent project management skills and follow through</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Knowledge of Adobe inDesign and Illustrator is a plus but not required&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"background-color: white; color: black; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Our goal is to offer our colleagues the most generous benefits package possible.
