          "text": "<p><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>\nWe are expanding our Engineering capabilities to strengthen our ability to process large volumes of healthcare and pharmaceutical data at enterprise scale. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on automation, performance optimization, and quality. We expect up to 15% of hands-on coding and code review efforts from this role so that a Team Lead is close to the code base. And hence, they can influence the roadmap and come up with informed and scalable technical designs to solve business problems. This role is accountable for the entire team’s performance, starting with design, planning, execution, and support. The team could be spread across US and India time zones. Below are some of the key responsibilities that define the success of the role.</p><p><br>\n<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>\n• Plays the role of Team Lead of two of our ICyte application teams while working closely with the Product Managers &amp; BAs to transform business requirements into efficient and scalable technical design.<br>\n• Own &amp; lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise-grade web apps for large transactional datasets.<br>\n• Leverage various AI models through tools (such as Copilot) for code generation, test case generation, code analysis, and code optimization. And advocate the practice for significant efficiencies.<br>\n• Optimize app performance and improve observability &amp; monitoring for reliability and cost-efficiency.<br>\n• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).<br>\n• Support migration to modern cloud-native architectures (Snowflake, AWS Services).<br>\n• Document processes, system context, and data flows for cross-team dependency &amp; visibility.<br>\n• Collaborate with the other Team Leads &amp; Architects on architecture and system design efforts.<br>\n• Own the data model design of application databases. Write efficient, well-structured database queries.</p>",
