Receives payments and signatures from patients and/or patient&rsquo;s nurse and completes all transactions at the register before delivering to the floor. 5. Provides assistance and facilitates pharmacy services under supervision of licensed pharmacist and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Identifies patient using three identifiers (Name, DOB, Address). Uses a tablet to facilitate a two-way video call between the patient in the hospital room and the pharmacist in the pharmacy to provide education. Receives signature from patient or approved caregiver to complete delivery transaction. 6. Maintains a safe and orderly arrangement of pharmaceuticals and supplies in the pharmacy and nursing areas and maintains a clean and neat work area. Utilizes supplies in a cost effective manner.
