Description
Description
Summary
Manage the integration and support the subsequent life-cycle of product that is not core to the Pursuit line.
Develop and execute the integration schedule aligning all key stakeholders and deliverables to allow for efficient integration into the manufacturing process. Ensure all critical components and processes are in place for the accurate and efficient specification, manufacturing, inspection and shipment of product. Subsequent to integration, support the lifecycle, change management and divisional alignment of the relevant product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Champion a culture of continuous safety improvement, maintaining a zero-recordable safety environment across all integration activities.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Key Milestones Schedule for model integration; align relevant
stakeholders and provide consistent progress communications to Integration and Operations Teams.
• Ensure all required Work Instructions, SOPs, Process Documentation, Build Documentation, ISPCs, and
other manufacturing and quality documents are identified, collected, assembled, and populated prior to production launch.
• Develop and maintain a product cost model to validate alignment with financial cost targets; lead the creation of the BOM Tracking Sheet, coordinate the Syteline BOM build, material kitting, material
routing, and establish the final cost target for each model.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop a labor model and labor plan that supports operational
objectives, ensures reliable product manufacture, and achieves defined labor targets; finalize the
Manufacturing Plan in coordination with Manufacturing and Production Control prior to pre-production boat completion.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team to ensure Operations is equipped properly and the production systems are setup to successfully manufacture the subject models – including equipment specification &
purchase and facility setup & layouts.
• Manage the full lifecycle of all jigs, fixtures, splashes, tooling, and equipment required for the
manufacture of relevant products, from identification and creation through execution.
• Assimilate, convert, and populate all necessary cut files for in-house produced parts — including woods,
plastics, coring, fabrics, upholstery, and fiberglass materials — ensuring accuracy in the BOM, In-House Parts Lists, and nesting CAD files.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the USA manufacturing facility and the offsite brand team, ensuring all production specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards are upheld
throughout the manufacturing process; oversee proper lifecycle management of non-Pursuit products in production.
• Develop and maintain the unique parts list for new model development, including management of
quoting, ordering, and scheduling of parts to support prototype construction timelines.
• Ensure compliance with ABYC, NMMA, CE, and/or Transport Canada and ensure any deviations are
resolved through working with the corresponding brand technical lead.
• Work with the Operations Team and Lead pre-production boat construction utilizing the assigned
Manufacturing associates to validate, build, jigs, fixtures, tools, materials and labor plans.
• Manage an active barrier list of open action items, assigning champions, priorities, and target resolution
dates to drive timely closeout of issues.
• Coordinate and oversee the completion of all Release Package requirements as defined within the Key
Milestones Schedule.
• Actively participate in the resolution of ECN and CAR issues impacting production.
