Completes all tasks in a time efficient manner.</p><p>2. Completes all tasks correctly the first time- keeps re-work to a minimum.</p><p>3. Works safely.</p><p>4. Records time accurately on all work orders.</p><p>5. Assists in resolving customer complaints quickly and fairly in accordance with company policies. Refers unusual situations to Service Manager.</p><p>6. Complies with all laws and regulations that apply to the department.</p><p>7. Attends appropriate training sessions as part of programs of continuing education.</p><p>8. Assists in DOT inspections along with truck and pickup repairs.</p><p>9. Other duties as assigned.</p><p><br></p>",
