    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Clinical Liaison</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Confluence Health Hospital - Mares Campus</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Wenatchee, WA</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Signet Health, a national acute rehabilitation and behavioral health company is seeking a<strong> Clinical</strong> <strong>Liaison</strong> for the 9-bed rehabilitation program at Confluence Health Hospital in Wenatchee, WA.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>The <strong>Clinical Liaison</strong> is responsible for pre-admission assessments in the hospital and community-based facilities. Provides education to referral entities and community education groups.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responds to requests for assessments and prioritizes internal inquiries to expedite access to the unit.</li>\n <li>Proactively seeks potential referrals from charge nurses, medical directors, and case managers.</li>\n <li>Communicates daily with Medical Director and Director of Rehabilitation on referrals, admissions, and discharges, enters all required information in SigNetwork.</li>\n <li>Develops and maintains positive relationships with host hospital employees and Signet team members.</li>\n <li>Identifies external referral sources, schedules on-site meetings, and professionally educates on the unit criteria for admissions and intake.</li>\n <li>Provides ongoing and follow-up communication to referral sources, patients, family, nursing staff, medical director, and therapist.</li>\n <li>Adheres to hospital and Signet Health’s policies and procedures, ethical standards, corporate compliance standards and professional code of conduct.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>**Signet Health offers a competitive annual salary range of $69,264 - $110,531.20 <em>(commensurate with experience)</em> and a comprehensive benefits package.**</strong></p>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current WA state licensure in nursing (RN) or allied health profession (PT, OT, SLP) required.</li>\n <li>Experience as a clinical liaison in acute rehabilitation or a closely related field <em>preferred</em>.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Hospital/Program Description</h2>\n<p>Confluence Health Hospital offers medical rehabilitation services in North Central Washington to patients with recent medical issues such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple trauma, amputation and other diagnosis with physical and/or cognitive impairment.</p>\n<p> </p>",
