    "description": "<p><strong>Radiologic Technologist (PRN) &ndash; Lafayette ASC</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>US Heart and Vascular is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist to join our team at the new Lafayette ASC within Cardiology Specialists of Acadiana. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-quality outpatient cardiovascular environment alongside a dedicated and experienced team.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Prepare instruments and supplies needed to perform procedures according to the physician&rsquo;s documented preferred routine.</li>\r\n\t<li>Prepare the operating field for procedures.</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform routine and delegated technical duties.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist the physician and surgical team before, during, and after procedures.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assume responsibility and accountability for operating room preparation, including support, assistance, and equipment/instrument management.</li>\r\n\t<li>Support RN staff in pre-op and PACU areas.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of Cath Lab or surgical experience</li>\r\n\t<li>Associate degree preferred but not required</li>\r\n\t<li>BLS &amp; ACLS certification required</li>\r\n\t<li>RT Certification preferred; RCIS or RCVT may be accepted in lieu of RT</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Monday&ndash;Friday schedule</li>\r\n\t<li>No weekends, no call</li>\r\n\t<li>Join a growing cardiovascular network focused on excellence and patient-centered care</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>About the Area &ndash; Lafayette, LA:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Lafayette is the cultural heart of Cajun and Creole heritage, known for its unmatched cuisine, live music, and year-round festivals.
