    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div><strong>Schmidt Construction</strong> part of the <strong>Levy Group of Companies</strong> is seeking a <strong>Loader Operator </strong>to work at our <strong>Menzer Quarry</strong> location in <strong>Colorado Springs, CO.</strong> Operates loader for the purpose of loading and unloading trucks, load bins and hopper with raw materials and stockpiling materials.</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><div><strong>Pay: </strong>$25-28</div><div><strong>Shift/Schedule: </strong>Day Shift with Occasional Weekends</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Benefits</strong></div><div><ul><li>Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution, Long- and Short-term Disability</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programs</li><li>Student Loan Repayment Program</li><li>Employee Referral Program</li></ul></div></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><div><strong>The Loader Operator will:</strong></div><div><ul><li>Performs daily machine inspection and routine greasing, oiling, and fueling</li><li>Monitors any change in machine performance to identify potential malfunctions</li><li>Reports any equipment or plant malfunctions</li><li>Maintains cleanliness of equipment</li><li>Assists maintenance personnel with repairs</li><li>Maintains level work area to allow easy movement and access</li><li>Loads trucks with correct material while eliminating contamination</li><li>Complies with weight limits when loading trucks</li><li>Ensures that trucks are loaded with the appropriate products</li><li>Maintains bucket levels when transporting material to keep machine balanced and to prevent spillage</li><li>Maintain stockpiles of raw materials and finished product</li><li>Meeting customer service expectations</li><li>Complying with all safety regulations and policies</li><li>Operates various mobile equipment as necessary</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div><div><strong>Skills</strong></div><div><strong>The ideal candidate will have:</strong></div><div><ul><li>Two years’ experience running a loader</li><li><p>Knowledge of materials</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Ability to sit, stand or walk for an extended period of time</li><li>Occasional pushing, pulling and/or prying</li><li>Work outside for an extended period of time</li><li>Able to detect differences between sounds that vary in pitch and loudness</li><li>Works in environment with noise and temperature variations</li><li>Valid Driver's License</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div><div><strong>To Apply</strong></div><div>Please submit your resume.
