From stock accuracy to timely dispatch, the team plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless end-to-end eCommerce experience. With a strong focus on process, coordination, and control, Operations keeps our promises to customers and clients every single day.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The part you will play</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Junior Operations Executive is responsible for the monitoring of order process flow from receiving of order from Seller center to Customer(s) doorstep. He/she will also need to provide insights on the day-to-day activities to ensure that operations will run smoothly.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">As the Junior Operations Executive you will take charge of </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Review current supply chain operations to document product, service, and information flow using project management tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Handle returns and exchanges, which may involve processing customer returns or exchanges, updating inventory records, and restocking items as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to conduct accurate and timely monthly stock reconciliation for assigned brands, ensuring alignment on inventory records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting smooth end-of-month reporting and settlement processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist with shipping and receiving, which may include preparing orders for shipment, verifying that orders are complete and accurate, and processing incoming deliveries</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Evaluate all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement project and prepare reports for all requests.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Optimize use of allocated resources within business activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Plan delivery of logistics services that meet customer requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Support development of sales proposals or tender documents.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for - the ideal profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">With at least 6 months’ experience in warehouse operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledgeable in Warehouse, ecommerce and logistics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must be able to work as part of the team in a fast paced and pressured environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Excel &amp; Outlook.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong organizational skills with an analytical mind</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong time management skills. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">In return, you will be getting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Operations in e-commerce is an incredibly dynamic field—marked by rapid replenishment cycles, tight fulfilment timelines, and major demand spikes during campaigns.
