We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to implement features, ensure performance and security, and deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze and evaluate user and business requests for new or modified training and application support solutions to determine feasibility, scope, compatibility, cost, and level of effort. </li>\n <li>Convert existing Basic Skills Development (BSD) training content from legacy authoring tools (e.g., SoftChalk) to enterprise-approved platforms (e.g., Articulate). </li>\n <li>Design, develop, test, and document interactive e‑learning modules, micro‑trainings, and on‑demand instructional content for internal and external users. </li>\n <li>Develop instructional content supporting new and enhanced system functionality, including CGMS features, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with COS training staff, subject matter experts, and IT stakeholders to clarify objectives, document requirements, and validate deliverables. </li>\n <li>Apply structured analysis, instructional design methodologies, and object-oriented concepts where appropriate to plan and execute development work.</li>\n <li>Ensure all developed content meets DFPS accessibility, usability, branding, and LMS standards. </li>\n <li>Perform quality assurance testing and revisions based on feedback, user testing, and stakeholder review.</li>\n <li>Maintain clear documentation of development processes, content standards, and version control. </li>\n <li>Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts related to development timelines, tool transitions, and resource constraints. </li>\n <li>Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to DFPS staff as needed to support long-term maintenance and sustainability.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong>Candidates that do not meet or exceed the <strong>minimum</strong> stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.</p>\n<p>Years</p>\n<p>Required/Preferred</p>\n<p>Experience</p>\n<p>8</p>\n<p>Required</p>\n<p>Hands-on experience in Articulate and SoftChalk development and conversions.</p>\n<p>8</p>\n<p>Required</p>\n<p>Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise), LMS platforms, and content development tools. Working knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), usability principles, and organizational branding requirements.</p>\n<p>8</p>\n<p>Required</p>\n<p>Experience in instructional design, e-learning development, training analysis, or application support, delivering complex, enterprise-level training solutions.</p>\n<p>6</p>\n<p>Required</p>\n<p>Experience analyzing business and user requirements, including feasibility, scope, and effort estimation.
