    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead Foreman</span> to lead projects in the field. This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hands-on field leadership position</span> responsible for managing crews, coordinating projects, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring high-quality work.</p>\n<p>Most projects are within a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">100-mile radius</span>, and employees are <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">home most nights</span>.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple projects and crews</li>\n<li>Lead daily jobsite meetings and communicate schedules with crews</li>\n<li>Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship</li>\n<li>Train and mentor crew members</li>\n<li>Approve timesheets and complete required paperwork</li>\n<li>Manage tools, equipment, and jobsite operations</li>\n<li>Assist with hiring, employee reviews, and crew assignments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Construction leadership experience preferred</li>\n<li>Grain equipment installation experience preferred</li>\n<li>Welding/fabrication experience is a plus</li>\n<li>Ability to read blueprints and project specifications</li>\n<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license required</li>\n<li>Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds</li>\n<li>Regular climbing, lifting, standing, and working at heights</li>\n<li>Willingness to work outdoors and occasionally long hours</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership and work ethic</li>\n<li>Positive attitude and willingness to teach others</li>\n<li>Safety-focused and detail-oriented</li>\n<li>Someone willing to work alongside the crew in the field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>",
