Senior/Staff Backend Engineer

Complete is at an exciting inflection point and we’re looking for Senior or Staff Engineers to help scale us to a $XXM+ in ARR. You'll be a great fit if you like to move with urgency and high agency. At a high level, there are three areas you can expect to lean on at Complete: Ownership: We need experienced engineers who can own and grow entire lines of businesses end-to-end. We’re actively winning in the enterprise segment, which means working on deep and interesting problems like revamping our authorization, customizability, observability, security, and so on. Tech stack We believe the best engineers can operate in any tech stack, especially right now.
